Shipping

Estimated Processing Time
For orders placed on May 20th and after our processing time will change to 3-4 weeks.
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated Shipping Times
North America: 3-7 business days
Europe: 1-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-3 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-3 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

If your package if delayed for any reason we can assist by contacting the carrier to provide an update on the package. Shipping times are estimated not guaranteed.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs

If you have buyer's remorse, since we don't accept cancellations we can offer shop credit for the dollar amount purchased.

Stains and Colors

Our products are made of wood, therefore, stains may absorb more or less depending on the grain pattern, part of the tree, etc which can make your sign darker or lighter than what is pictured on our site. We do follow the vendor's recommendations for staining, so that our product is as consistent as it can be, but natural variations do occur.
We use the vendor sample of the paint color and mock-ups to limit variations, but  colors sent via the computer may appear different from screen to screen. 
Always go by our stains and colors list. Photos from instagram, some of the listings and other social media are sometimes filtered by the photographer.

Wood Variation

Our products are made of wood, therefore, there may be knots and variations more noticeable than others. This is the beauty of natural products such as wood.

Proofs / Mock-Ups

Please be aware. We reach out to the customer  to confirm finalized choices. If we hear no response, we proceed with the original mock-up sent to the provided order email.
Make sure to check your mock up prior confirming your order. It’s responsibility of the customer to ensure the mock up is correct. Since this is personalized work once your order is approved it gets immediate cut. We don’t offer redos or refunds on approved orders.

Damaged Packages During Transit

In very rare cases, packages can get damaged in transit. In order for us to look into a damaged order you must provide all of the following. Please make sure to keep the entire box, bubble wrap, wrapping paper since I will need to file a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Take photos of the damage and also photos of the packaging including the bubble wrap, box, and wrapping paper so we can file a claim for you. We CANNOT process a damaged item claim without all of the above information. Keep in mind, knots in the wood face are not considered damage.
 

Final Cost on Listing

When you select the design you like to purchase, make sure to enter under the first name and middle name fields your kiddo's names. The initial cost in the listing will be either for only for the base or the base with the design as shown in the listing photo. Each letter is an additional $4. When you enter the names make sure to refresh the listing so it counts the final cost with the names added. You should see the additional cost on the bottom right on the page.
You will see your final cost during checkout. Do not hit the back arrow if you do it will remove the letter count but the information in the fields will remain. This is due to javascript. Since these are personalized signs is the only way to use to charge your letters. If you hit the back arrow and remove the charges on the letters we will bill you the letters separate.
