We use the vendor sample of the paint color and mock-ups to limit variations, but colors sent via the computer may appear different from screen to screen.
Always go by our stains and colors list. Photos from instagram, some of the listings and other social media are sometimes filtered by the photographer.

Our products are made of wood, therefore, there may be knots and variations more noticeable than others. This is the beauty of natural products such as wood.
Please be aware. We reach out to the customer at least twice to confirm finalized choices. If we hear no response, we proceed with the original mock-up sent to the provided order email.
Make sure to check your mock up prior confirming your order. It’s responsibility of the customer to ensure the mock up is correct. Since this is personalized work once your order is approved it gets immediate cut. We don’t offer redos or refunds on approved orders.
Damaged Packages During Transit
In very rare cases, packages can get damaged in transit. Please make sure to keep the entire box, bubble wrap, wrapping paper since I will need to file a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Take photos of the damage and also photos of the packaging including the bubble wrap, box, and wrapping paper so we can file a claim for you.
